TOBY "URBANTECH" MORNING is the CEO & founder, and a serial entrepreneur, who founded Urban Technology Ventures in 2001 in Hollywood, California, U.S.A. Toby was previously VP of Business development for Destiny Media Technologies, and worked on the MPE DRM system, Radio Destiny, and Clipstream projects while at Destiny. Toby is the founder of the DJ Union, IP Network Systems, WIFI Phone Network, Urban Colo Networks, IP Band, Digiplates Software, and an investor in several other technology companys like Mobile Storm, and Winsonic Cable Systems. Toby’s focus is now on developing cutting edge internet services specifically for emerging markets, and making Blue Monitor the largest IT employer in Africa 2020.

Steven Teter, our CTO, and Senior Software Engineer started his career in Silicon Valley over 20 years ago with Ross Systems where he ported a program from Vax to Micro-Vax entirely in PASCAL from original languages (BASIC, macros). Steve worked as a senior firmware developer for company's like Supertek, Compaq, Apple, R Byte, and Industrial Electronic Engineers. Most recently Steve has been leading Blue Monitors team of 150 engineers distributed on 4 continents. Steve provide the team with a multi discplined approach to software development, and IT systems management.

Kumar Kneelabh ,is Managing Director of Blue Monitor India, Kumar Neelabh specializes in usable, high quality web design and development, has been working with the Web since late 1998. A successful entrepreneur, he is the Director of Softsys Global Pvt Ltd, a renowned ISO 9001-2000 IT company of India. A graduate with Bachelor of Engineering degree, he has a thorough understanding of how the Internet works in the interest of the client.
