A wireless network allows you to share your
high-speed internet connection with every PC in your
home. Which means you can browse the web from your
laptop in the backyard, print from your couch and email
work from your bed.

The Wireless Network Setup includes:
1. Installation of a router and applicable cards to a
high-speed source between 2 computers (wired or
wireless). Note: Any additional computer (more than 2)
added to the network will be $50.
2. Configuration of router settings — Username/Password,
SSID and WEP — to encrypt your network. Thus securing it
from rogue intruders that lurk on the internet.
3. Verify connections to make sure the networked
computers can share and print (if applicable).
After your network is installed and up and running, the
Blue Monitor technician will walk you through OS file
and print sharing and discuss any network limitations
that you might have. If you would like, the technician
will also give you a demonstration on power cycling
procedures and virus/spyware security education. Lastly,
you get a wireless trouble-shooting brochure that gives
you tips for what to do if you have any issues with a
connection — plus information about your secure network.

Add a Device to an Existing Network

up if your connection’s down because of a faulty modem,

Media Center® plus Network Setup
Have a technician configure your entire home wireless
network around your Media Center computer and you will
bask in the gloriousness of it all. Just call

your wireless network and get your Media Center computer
and broadband service connected. We’ll hook up the
cabling for your Media Center computer or Media Center
computer extender to your TV and/or receiver and remove
the cabling for the A/V components that you don’t need

service does not include universal remote programming or
setup of home theater and A/V equipment that is not part
